All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of any service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept secure payment methods in accordance with Qatari financial regulations.
Official invoices are issued in compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Qatar.
A full refund will be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session or program start date.
Refunds requested after this period are not guaranteed.
Certain programs or group packages may have specific cancellation terms, which will be communicated in advance.
If Leaders of Excellence reschedules a session or program, participants will be offered a new date or a full refund.
All content provided through our services — including manuals, presentations, videos, and proprietary frameworks — is the intellectual property of Leaders of Excellence.
Reproduction, distribution, or reuse of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
These rights are protected under Qatari intellectual property law and applicable international copyright laws.
We are committed to maintaining full confidentiality of all personal and professional information shared during coaching sessions, assessments, or program participation.
Data is handled in accordance with Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and international best practices.

Revisions will be published on our official website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and shall be interpreted accordingly.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
We also uphold international ethical and professional standards, including those set by recognized CPD bodies in the UK and beyond.
