Program Description
The Certified Resilience & Adaptability Practitioner program is an instructor-led, experiential learning journey grounded in positive psychology and resilience research. The program is designed to help individuals adapt effectively to stress, change, and adversity while maintaining psychological well-being and performance.
Using the Sailboat Metaphor as a central framework, participants learn to understand resilience as a dynamic process of positive adaptation. The program explores how attention, thoughts, motivation, and action influence an individual’s ability to navigate life’s “storms,” adjust course when needed, and move forward with purpose.
Across six structured sessions, participants develop practical tools to manage stress, shift unhelpful thinking patterns, stay connected to their values, apply effective coping strategies, and build a personalized resilience and adaptability plan for current and future challenges.
