Program Description
The Resilience program is an instructor-led, experiential learning journey designed to help individuals build psychological strength, manage stress effectively, and adapt to life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
Grounded in principles of positive psychology, the program introduces a practical framework — the Sailboat Metaphor — to help participants understand how attention, thoughts, motivation, and action influence their ability to navigate stress and adversity. Through guided reflection, interactive discussion, real-life scenarios, and structured exercises, participants develop practical tools to respond to challenges rather than react to them.
Delivered across six structured sessions, the program supports participants in strengthening emotional regulation, improving coping strategies, and creating a personalized resilience plan for both present and future challenges.
