Program Description
The Certified Well-Being Practitioner program is an instructor-led, experiential learning journey grounded in positive psychology and contemporary well-being science. Designed for individuals and groups, the program supports participants in developing sustainable habits that enhance mental, emotional, and social well-being.
Using the PERMAH framework, participants explore the foundations of well-being across positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, accomplishment, and health. The program emphasizes practical application through reflection, guided experiential practices, group dialogue, and real-life integration.
Delivered across seven structured sessions, the program enables participants to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, healthy routines, meaningful connections, and a clear sense of purpose, supporting long-term personal and professional well-being.
